The hotel was conveniently located near my business venue and offered a free shuttle service. The room was spacious and it had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was included and offered a variety of options.

The rest of the stay was not as good as it could have been. The air conditioning was not working properly and despite notifying the staff, it was not fixed during my stay.

The food and rooms were all good. Urvashi was located in the near vicinity. Superb base for staying in the heart of Bangalore: D

This hotel is conveniently located near two popular attractions in the city – the Botanical garden and Lal Bagh gardens. the hotel is close to Bangalore's train station. Rooms are clean, the staff is very nice and there is a shoe polisher service. Breakfast spread is decent, and there are elevators to take you to your room with ease.

Some amenities are not up to the mark, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

During my recent stay in this hotel, I found the location to be one of the best aspects. Additionally, it was close to the Botanical Garden, making it easy to explore the stunning flora of this place. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, with well-maintained facilities that were a treat to use. The free breakfast provided by the hotel was also a nice touch that made my stay more comfortable.

Everything was spot on. I could not find any negative points to highlight in my experience at this hotel.

The main issue I had was with the noise from other guests. the walls were not soundproof and I was constantly woken up by the noise in the corridors and adjoining rooms.
